Gentle Yoga Flow

Who: Ages 18+  All levels and abilities (beginners and beyond)

When: Wednesdays 6:00-6:45pm (Oct. 8th-Dec. 17th)

Location: Westtown Township Oakbourne Park (Inside Mansion)

Description: This is an all-levels yoga class. Whether you have never done yoga before or have been practicing for years, join us for a gentle yoga flow and relaxation.

Cost: $15 (payment accepted in person via cash or Venmo @flowandgrowyoga)
