TODDLER YOGA

Who: Ages 1-3

When: Friday, May 15th 10:00-10:30am

Where: Fx Therapies office (117-A E Lancaster Avenue Paoli, Pa)

Cost: $10 per child

Toddlers will participate in a fun and engaging yoga adventure! This class blends core principles of yoga and mindfulness with language enrichment and social-emotional learning lessons. Children and caregivers will be guided through yoga adventures through music, dancing, singing, stories, breathing exercises and guided relaxation. This class aims to enhance social language, child/caregiver connections, vocabulary development, speech sound development, breathing and self-regulation. Class is 30 minutes.
