Kids Yoga: Flow and Grow

Flow and Grow is a Kids Yoga program focused on offering yoga in the classroom and community. This program blends core principles of yoga and mindfulness with language enrichment to enhance:

  • Social language
  • Literacy
  • Vocabulary development
  • Speech sound development
  • Breathing
  • Self-regulation & Self-confidence

Mission: Empowering children to LOVE learning, while discovering their physical and inner power through the movement-language connection.

Yoga in Schools: Daycares, Preschools, Elementary/Middle/High Schools, Camps, After-Schools Programs

This program is great for small, large and inclusive classes! We meet kids where they are and offer an energetic, fun-filled yoga practice incorporating basic yoga poses, challenging poses, partner poses, group poses, music/dance, mindful games/activities and of course time to rest and reset! Classes also include little lessons to promote language development, communication and social-emotional learning throughout. We promote learning through movement and play!

Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga classes are offered for pregnant women to feel empowered, restored, and connected to their babies. Students learn how to practice yoga safely during pregnancy. Prenatal classes are typically 60-90 minutes and include warm-ups, standing poses, seated poses, restorative poses, breathing exercises and guided mediations. Yoga props and variations are always offered to support each woman's individual needs.

Women will experience the physical benefits of yoga to strengthen their growing bodies, as well as restore their muscles. While the physical benefits of Prenatal Yoga are amazing, it is also essential for expecting mothers to feel confident and supported throughout their pregnancy journey. These classes create an accepting and supportive community for all Moms! We foster an inclusive environment and welcome women in all stages of pregnancy.

Postnatal Yoga classes allow new mothers and their babies to practice yoga together. Half of the class is dedicated to yoga for new Moms, specifically designed to ease back into the physical practice post birth. The other half of the class is dedicated to yoga for the baby. Yoga can be extremely beneficial for both newborn babies and postpartum women! Throughout the class, Moms are encouraged to connect with their little ones in a beautiful and nurturing way. We create a warm and welcoming environment for all Moms to connect and share stories/resources/support.

Community classes or private 1:1 sessions are offered.
