Yoga for Athletes

This program is offered to athletic teams and programs looking to elevate their performance, confidence and well-being.

Program Focus

  • Build overall strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance through physical yoga postures and flows
  • Restore and relax muscles & mind
  • Increase self-confidence and reduce stress/anxiety through guided mediations and breath work
