
Prenatal Yoga classes are offered for pregnant women to feel empowered, restored, and connected to their babies. Students learn how to practice yoga safely during pregnancy. Prenatal classes are typically 60-90 minutes and include warm-ups, standing poses, seated poses, restorative poses, breathing exercises and guided mediations. Yoga props and variations are always offered to support each woman's individual needs.
Women will experience the physical benefits of yoga to strengthen their growing bodies, as well as restore their muscles. While the physical benefits of Prenatal Yoga are amazing, it is also essential for expecting mothers to feel confident and supported throughout their pregnancy journey. These classes create an accepting and supportive community for all Moms! We foster an inclusive environment and welcome women in all stages of pregnancy.
Postnatal Yoga classes are designed to help mothers ease back into gentle exercise and movement post birth. We focus on restoring pelvic floor muscles, building strength/balance and relaxing tired muscles. Guided mediations and relaxation help Moms embrace some quiet and stillness.
Mommy & Me Yoga (Baby & Toddler Yoga) classes are a perfect opportunity to bond and connect with your littles through movement! Learn yoga exercises to strengthen growing muscles, aid in digestion, promote better sleeping patterns, and help your child towards their next stage of development. These classes are fun and engaging with the primary focus on CONNECTION. We create a warm and welcoming environment for all Moms to connect and share stories/resources/support. Dads are always welcome to join!
